Porsche Sunny Isles Beach Tower is one of the most amazing condominium buildings in the entire world. This is without a doubt the only residential building where you can actually pull up in your car, remain seated, and be transported to your luxury residence. Porsche Sunny Isles is the result of a partnership between Porsche Design Group in Germany and The Dezer Development Group, a local developer of condominiums. Gil Dezer and his company have partnered with Donald Trump in 8 extremely successful luxury condominium projects in South Florida.

This is the world’s very first condominium high-rise with elevators that take residents right to their doorstep while they remain seated in their car. The CEO of Porsche Design Group, Juergen Gessler told the Miami Herald, “You do not have to leave your car until you are right at your front door.”

Porsche Sunny Isles works by having the resident pull up in their car and switch off the engine. A robotic arm will then scoop up the car, much like an automatic plank would, and then pull it inside the elevator. The elevator then takes the car and everyone in it to the specified floor. The robotic arm will then take the car to the resident’s front door and park the car. (See how this works by viewing the video virtual tour below.) Because the elevator is glass, residents and their passengers can enjoy incredible views of South Florida, the Intracoastal and the ocean on their ride up, which takes 45 to 90 seconds at the most. Each unit is assigned at least 2 parking spaces with the larger homes being offered 4 spaces. There are a total of 284 robotic parking spots and they are reached via three glass elevators.

The Porsche Design Tower Miami is a luxury condominium tower rising 60 stories. Porsche Sunny Isles Beach condominium is located right on 2.2 acres of oceanfront property on Collins Avenue. It will have a total of 132 exquisite condominium homes with floor plans that offer 3 to 6 bedrooms and range in size from 3,800 sq. ft. to more than 9,500 sq. ft. On the top 4 floors there will be a 4- story luxury penthouse condominium with a number of rooftop decks. It will have 2 swimming pools, outdoor summer kitchens and many other exquisite amenities.
